NimDod ::: Favorites an RPG7 has little chance penetrating a modern MBT, unless it hits one of its soft points, like the rear or the gap between the hull and the chasis. a modern RPG29 would penetrate all modern tanks if it hits the rear or the side of the tank. SwineNahNah ::: Favorites Do they wanna say that Merkava is outdated? Well, NO TANK is designed to fight guerrillas, that is also what Aljazeera says (when we clean of propaganda [censored]). But there is a way - replace Merkava's turret with howitzer, make it a self propelled gun and level Arab settlements with it before infantry moves in, then there will be no need to move armour into ambushes.
