Description: There are of course pluses in having America blockade your Country,(similar to Gaza) such as the dicta "necessity is the mother of invention". But for the purpose of fact finding let us look at the negative. The first issue is the barbaric punishment of the Cuban people by the use of US copyright. The blockade stops any medicines with American medical patent (about 75% of all medicines have American intellectual input) from being imported in Cuba. Secondly all Internal traders who enter Cuba and are found out by American authority's are banned from entering the USA a kiss of death for international traders (For now). Finally the Blockade stops other nations from trading, manufacturing and investing in island state which has an abundance of technical expertise and potential. So you see the vehemence of the US Gov in perpetrating such barbarity on the innocent people of Cuba is just plain wrong. It could be worse, it could have invaded Cuba based on fraud such as the WMD in Iraq. |
