Meaning he'll allow rich people, corporate bigwigs, and others with power and influence to go off and do what they want with the economy and hopefully everything will work out in the end. Not a good strategy if you ask me. I do however like his stance on illegal immigration, lowering taxes, and non-interventionist foreign policy.
