Description: Hi fellow i-ACTivist, As one of the people who prepares the website each day, it's been a privilege to be one of the first to view each video. It's been an amazing journey supporting Gabriel on his trips out there. In the past, we've always planned that it'll be the last, that the next trip will be following the refugees back to a safe Darfur. This year though, we've changed our tune and planned for future trips to the camps, seeing more and more permanence to the situation, similar to how the refugees are building more permanent structures. As we sit in our comfortable homes watching the daily videos, we cannot forget Fatma who we will meet today. She shares two bed s made from twigs with with 7 of her children in a crowded tent and only hopes to returning to a safe home. She will return to a destroyed village, full of memories of a previous peaceful life and departed loved ones, but it is still home and we must do everything in our power to return her and the other refugees home.
