Dont be fooled by the government figers that say that in the last 5 years speedcameras have cut roud deaths by 50% they havent they've increased roud deaths by 50% and the death toll is still rising. Thank god for top gear they should be put incharge of roud safety and the national speed limit. When people are drowsy, their reaction time is slower! When the driver's reaction time is slower, the more likely to cause an accident!
