Description: Known as the PL tower. PL is an acronym for Perfect Liberty. Apparently PL was invented less than 150 years ago. I had never heard of them before I came to Osaka Japan and saw the tower which is about 30 minutes away from where I live. When I visited this tower the people we encountered there didn't smile at all and seemed very unfriendly, especially the elderly lady at the reception desk. The place had a wierd vibe, my wife and I were quite happy to leave after a short visit. |
